Person-Centered Therapy
This modality aim is to guide you toward self-actualisation and personal growth in a compassionate and supportive space. Here, you have the freedom to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment or interpretation. You are the ultimate authority on yourself. This approach is designed to empower you in cultivating a deeper self-understanding and finding your own solutions.
Psychodynamic Counselling
Examines the impact of past experiences and unconscious influences on your present thoughts and behaviours. By focusing on early life experiences, the goal is to enhance your self-awareness and facilitate positive change.
- My training has also given me a good knowledge of Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) which helps to identify and challenge negative thought patterns.
- Trauma-Informed therapy which supports healing from past traumas.
- Transactional Analysis (TA) to help individuals gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours and to improve their interpersonal relationships.
- I specialise in working with young people and adults aged 16 and above and have a full DBS and safeguarding training.
