About me
I’m a dedicated therapeutic counsellor based in Croydon, South London and member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). My journey into the field of therapy was ignited by a profound desire to guide and mentor young individuals grappling with self-harm and substance abuse, both physically and emotionally. Over time, this passion has evolved into a commitment to helping people confront the myriad challenges life presents.
While my background has a diverse array of roles, from fashion design to event management and entrepreneurship, my unwavering passion has always revolved around ‘helping’ roles which led me on a transformative path towards becoming a counsellor.
My experience extends to positions as a student counsellor and a drug and alcohol counsellor, affording me the privilege of working with a broad spectrum of individuals tackling complex issues, including self-harm, eating disorders, and substance dependency. In my therapeutic practice, I adopt a person-centered and psychodynamic approach, ensuring that my methods are finely tuned to your unique needs.
I’m fully committed to your well-being, and I bring both expertise and empathy to our therapeutic partnership. Specializing in one-on-one counselling, I provide support for a wide range of life challenges, encompassing grief, substance abuse, emotional turmoil, depression, and anxiety, among others.
Moreover, I also bring to the table a background in Christian counselling, allowing for a seamless integration of faith into the therapeutic process for those who seek it. My ultimate mission is to guide you along your distinctive path towards healing and personal growth.
Your transformation is at the heart of what I do.
